Longtime movie buffs and fans of independent movies, Donna and Henry Bertolon were interested in becoming involved in producing a movie. Residents of Massachusetts' North Shore, the Bertolons were searching for a story that could be shot in Boston, which would allow them to be close to the action and participate in the whole process from beginning to end. After reading Dave McLaughlin's compelling story about a Boston family, they got excited about the prospects of helping take it to the big screen. Joining the talented team of professionals already assembled, Donna and Henry jumped on board and rolled up their sleeves, providing the necessary funds and organizational leadership to make the film. Because of the dedication, passion and hard work of the many professionals involved, the film was on budget and on time. Thrilled by the experience, the Bertolons formed Perfect Timing Pictures to allow them to produce more high quality independent feature films. The Bertolons are proud parents of three children and recently celebrated their 25th wedding anniversary.
